Sr. Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly accounting tasks for multiple entities, including general ledger management, balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and closing entries.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports using integrated software systems.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to set and achieve monthly production goals.
• Offer guidance and training to team members to improve procedural efficiency and decision-making.
• Address procedural and analytical inquiries while maintaining organized workflows across entities.
• Manage the setup and wrap-up of accounting processes for new or transitioning locations.
• Ensure compliance with established accounting standards and practices.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
