Trident Consulting is seeking a " SEC Reporting Analyst for one of our client in Rosemead, CA . A global leader in business and technology services.
Title:
SEC Reporting Analyst Location :
Rosemead, CA -Hybrid onsite Mon & Tue Pay rate : $76/hr - $86/hr on w2 Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload They are looking for a Senior SEC / Financial Reporting Accounting professional with strong experience in: SEC reporting and external financial reporting Financial statement consolidation GAAP interpretation and compliance Intercompany eliminations and top-side adjustments Accounting research and technical accounting Financial disclosures, XBRL tagging, and SEC filings SAP ERP systems and advanced Excel Cross-functional collaboration with finance/accounting teams Process improvements and implementation of new accounting standards
Preferred Background:
CPA certified accountant Utility/Energy industry experience Experience with Workiva Knowledge of FERC reporting/
Uniform System of Accounts Key Traits They Want:
Strong analytical and documentation skills Detail-oriented with compliance mindset Ability to manage deadlines and reporting cycles Experience supporting public company reporting requirements Comfortable working in large enterprise environments
