This role will work closely with both field operations and office leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong construction accounting experience, be comfortable operating in a fast-paced project environment, and possess the ability to hit the ground running with minimal training. Key Responsibilities Manage project-related accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Prepare and track owner billings, including AIA billing documentation Coordinate invoice routing and approval workflows in a paperless environment Maintain accurate job cost tracking, committed costs, and project financial records Process and monitor conditional and unconditional lien releases Support subcontractor compliance requirements, including insurance and documentation tracking Work closely with project managers, field teams, and office accounting personnel Assist with sales tax and tax-exempt project requirements Help support the accounting infrastructure for a high-profile commercial project with significant financial activity Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction accounting experience preferred Strong ERP system experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compensation and Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) program Profit-sharing retirement benefits
