$46•$57/hour Summary Seeking an Accountant to perform professional-level accounting work including financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, and analysis. This role supports month-end close, audits, and process improvements while operating with moderate independence. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities Analyze revenues, expenses, and financial performance Support budget preparation and financial reporting Perform cash flow forecasting and bank reconciliations Maintain general ledger accounts and audit schedules Assist with AP, AR, and payroll-related accounting functions Prepare reports for regulatory and government agencies Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls Requirements 2+ years of accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Strong analytical and organizational skills Nice to Have Experience in government, municipal, or utilities industries All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
