Do you have experience processing union payroll? We are looking for a construction accounting for an onsite role in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as an accounting and/or payroll professional from the construction industry who can thrive in a team environment. Responsibilities Process union and non-union payroll , including prevailing wage and certified payroll reporting Maintain accurate job costing , labor allocation, and project financial tracking Prepare and record journal entries; assist with month-end close and account reconciliations Ensure compliance with union agreements, payroll regulations, and project-specific requirements Collaborate with project managers on budgets, cost tracking, and variance analysis Support audits, payroll reviews, and reporting requests as needed Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experience within the construction industry Hands-on experience with union payroll , including multiple unions and wage rates Strong understanding of job costing and construction accounting principles Experience with accounting or payroll systems (Vista, Spectrum, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar) Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment If you are interested in this excellent opportunity please apply today!
Pay Details:
