What You'll DoCorporate & Construction AccountingPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules.

Maintain accurate general ledger records in accordance with U.S. GAAP.Support construction accounting activities, including job costing, budget tracking, contract management, change orders, and funding sources.

Prepare and maintain detailed construction cost reports.

Process construction-related billings and vendor invoices.

Partner with project managers and construction teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.

Assist with preparing monthly lender draw packages and supporting documentation.

Accounts Payable & Cash ManagementSystems & Process ImprovementOperational & Financial Support
