Job Description:
A well-established real estate investment and development firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to support large-scale, complex projects in a collaborative and stable environment. Ability to work onsite Monday-Thursday (WFH Friday) - not flexible What you'll be doing: Manage general ledger activities , including journal entries and account reconciliations Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure accurate expense tracking Prepare and review financial statements and reporting Support month-end close and maintain strong internal controls Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial data and reporting What they're looking for: 5+ years of accounting experience Strong background in GL, AP, and financial reporting Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field Nice to have: Experience in real estate or construction Exposure to development costs or project-based accounting Experience with Sage 300, Sage Intacct, or similar ERP systems
