Job Description:
Established and growing construction firm in San Pablo, CA is seeking to add a Construction Accountant/Contract Admin to their team. This is 100% onsite in San Pablo, CA and a very strong temp to hire role. $65,000•$75,000 DOE Qualified Candidates will have the following: AA or BS in Accounting/Business or similar with 3+ years experience Must have recent hands on construction industry bookkeeping/Accounting or as a Contract Admin Should be familiar with working with Subs, AP, basic billing, change orders, supporting Project Managers, liens, waivers, etc Intermediate Excel needed, Vista or large ERP system required This is 100% onsite in San Pablo, CA and a strong temp to hire role $65,000•$75,000/ DOE All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
