Senior Accountant This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional seeking a high-impact role within a stable and well-established organization. The Senior Accountant will work closely with accounting leadership, play a key role in the month-end close process, financial reporting, and account analysis, while helping drive process improvements and operational efficiencies. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, collaborating across departments, and contributing to the continued success of the organization.

$80,000-100,000

Senior Accountant:
Lead monthly close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances Support inventory accounting, cost analysis, and operational accounting functions Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in accordance with company policies Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls Partner with operations and leadership teams to support business objectives Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and special projects as assigned Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff as needed Qualifications for the

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting Experience with month-end close and account analysis Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel #LI-LM1 #
