Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Staff Accountant - Grower Accounting responsible for supporting the financial accounting and reporting of grower-related activities. This role focuses on grower settlements, contract accounting, and cost tracking from harvest through pack-out. The position ensures accurate and timely processing of grower transactions while partnering with operations to maintain data integrity across systems. What You Will Need :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 2-4 years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience in high-volume, data-intensive environments. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables). Experience with ERP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Professional demeanor with ability to interact at all organizational levels. Valid driver's license with clean DMV record. Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check.

What Will Set You Apart :

Agriculture, produce, or cost accounting experience. SQL or data querying experience. Experience with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
