Tax Accountant

Tax is more than deadlines—it's strategy, accuracy, and staying ahead of constant change. We're looking for a Tax Accountant who can navigate compliance while also thinking critically about how to optimize outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, stays current on tax regulations, and takes ownership of their deliverables from start to finish. You'll work closely with internal teams or clients to ensure filings are accurate, timely, and aligned with current tax laws.

RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and review federal and state tax returns (individual, corporate, and/or partnership)Assist with tax planning and research to support strategic decision-makingEnsure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirementsPrepare quarterly and annual tax provisionsMaintain accurate tax documentation and workpapersRespond to notices and assist with audits or inquiriesStay up to date on changes in tax laws and regulationsCollaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
