We are a friendly but extremely hard-working small office and need someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves. We value loyalty, commitment, and dedication to each other as well as our work. Duties Heavy full cycle Accounts Payables
  • Input invoices, audit invoices from properties, receive approval, cut checks, and send out to vendors Transitioning AP to a more streamlined online payment approach Yearly HUD Audits
  • gathering invoices, check copies, and scanning in high volume of data File timely 1099s, Statement of Information, and other government regulated forms Monthly journal entries of mortgages, reimbursements, ACH payments, etc. Entering and processing reimbursement spreadsheets
  • monthly, quarterly, and annually Vendor maintenance
  • collection of W-9's, contracts, insurance information, etc. Banking
  • deposits, setting up new accounts, monitoring fraud, stop payment, etc. Processing tenant move outs, NSF, deposits, monthly utility reimbursements, etc. Office duties
  • answering phones, calendars, office equipment, mailing, etc. Filing, sorting, and maintaining an organized and efficient work space Requirements Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Outlook, Word, and Excel High level of communication, math, and writing skills Resourceful in looking for answers and solutions Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and complete deadlines Pride themselves with paying attention to details and following instructions Self-starter, creative thinking, and time management Able to work independently and also in a team environment Many various projects with President and Controller as needed Willing to train right individual if you have an accounting background/degree Pluses Property Management Yardi Section 8 Tax Credit Bookkeeping/Accounting We offer a competitive salary, medical/dental/vision/life insurance benefits, and profit sharing.
