Junior Project Accountant

Junior Project Accountant We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Project Accountant to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a solid foundation in accounting to develop their skills within a dynamic project-driven environment. The successful candidate will support project financial management, ensure accurate reporting, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze project financial reports and statements Track project expenses and ensure compliance with financial policies Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to projects Collaborate with project managers to monitor project financial performance Maintain accurate and organized project accounting records Assist with billing and receivables management for projects Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting standards Organize and track city and contractors licenses Assist with preliminary notices and releases Assist with purchase orders

Filing Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in project accounting or related fields Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Knowledge of project management processes is a plus Join our team and be part of a company that values growth, innovation, and professional development.
