Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate journal entries to ensure proper tracking of financial transactions.
• Manage the general ledger and reconcile accounts to verify financial data accuracy.
• Handle corporate tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Oversee sales tax reporting and payments, ensuring timely submissions.
• Monitor and manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) accounts to track project costs and progress.
• Conduct construction cost analysis to provide insights for budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain accurate construction accounting records.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create detailed financial reports and analyze data.
• Assist with financial audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
