6-week contract Overview A property management company is seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Accounting and Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day operations during peak leasing and turnover season. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional (0-1 year of experience or internship) to gain hands-on experience across accounting, leasing, and property operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment! Key Responsibilities Upload and manage utility and property-related bills (water, Excel-based invoices, HOA information) within AppFolio Track and organize billing across a diverse portfolio of properties, including single-family homes, duplexes, and triplexes Assist with administrative support for accounting, leasing, and maintenance teams Respond to tenant inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Support high-volume operations during peak turnover season (primarily July-August lease cycles aligned with CU student housing) Maintain accurate records and assist with property-specific needs, recognizing that each property has unique billing and operational requirements Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an open "bullpen" office environment Qualifications 0-1 year of administrative, office, or internship experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting Comfortable handling a high volume of tasks and shifting priorities Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Strong communication skills (phone and email) Experience with AppFolio or property management software is a plus, but not required 1462488_1781128028 To Apply for this Job Click Here Excited about this job?
