Clear path for advancement within a sophisticated global finance organization Collaborative, cross-functional culture Unlimited PTO, day-one benefits, tuition reimbursement Key Responsibilities Manage standard costing, inventory valuation, and annual revaluation Analyze material, labor, overhead, and purchase price variances Maintain cost structures , labor rates, and allocation methodologies Partner with operations to drive cost savings and process improvements Oversee inventory controls , including physical counts, cycle counts, and reserves Support month-end close, audits (SOX/DCAA) , and system enhancements Qualifications Bachelor's in Accounting (Master's preferred) 5+ years of cost accounting in manufacturing Strong expertise in standard costing and inventory ERP experience required;
