As an Accountant, you will support the accounting operations, including accounts payable, job cost accounting, cash management, and month-end close activities. Maintain accurate financial records by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis. Manage homebuilding-specific accounting tasks such as recording closings, tracking contracts and deposits, and supporting cost and inventory reporting. Oversee cash flow activities, including daily cash management, funding draws, and intercompany transactions. Support compliance, vendor management, and process improvements while partnering with the Controller on budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency. Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experience (homebuilding or construction) Diploma/degree in accounting or finance Experience with accounting software and systems - Sage, Constellation NX Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Independent self-starter Possess strong customer service and communication skills Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment To learn more about our culture we encourage you to like us on Facebook and follow us on LinkedIn.
