Job Description

Must have 5 years current experience with QuickBooks (desktop and online) including payroll (both live and after-the-fact), sales tax reporting, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance through financial statement preparation, and year end forms 1099 & W-2s. Must have 3-5 years current experience in Word and Excel.
Highly desirable:
Attentive individual with analytical thinking a MUST and the ability to multitask. Salary commensurate with ability and experience. Flexible start with 25 - 32 hours with a possibility of becoming full-time for the right person. Income Tax experience a BIG plus.
Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
