Staff Accountant - Part Time

Job Store Staffing is hiring a Part-Time Staff Accountant for our client! This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced accounting department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and experience handling both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

Pay :

$20.00 - $25.00/hour

Schedule:

Part-Time Approximately 24 hours per week Responsibilities Perform month-end close processes and prepare journal entries Maintain and update accounts receivable records Maintain and update accounts payable records Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities Prepare monthly financial close workbooks Assist with audits and accounting documentation Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting procedures Ensure accounting practices align with

GAAP/IFRS

standards Prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines Complete additional accounting and clerical duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of accounting experience required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (experience may be considered in lieu of degree) Advanced Excel skills required Experience with MRP/ERP systems Strong understanding of accounting and financial practices Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills #
