AR Accountant North Denver, CO Salary:

- AR Accountant will work on a high-impact team supporting a large and growing housing portfolio
AR Accountant Responsibilities:
- Post rent charges, subsidy payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Update lease charges based on Notice of Change documentation
- AR Accountant will process deposits and assist with bank reconciliation items
- Research and resolve account discrepancies and adjust ledgers
- Manage collections processes including notices, refunds, and bad debt
- Generate reports and support overall AR operations
AR Accountant Qualifications:
- Accounts receivable experience, ideally with high cash volume
- Yardi experience a plus
- Real estate or nonprofit experience preferred
