  • Expand your expertise in a sophisticated accounting environment What You'll Do As a trusted accounting partner, you will: Lead month-end close for assigned properties and entities Prepare and review financial statements , reconciliations, and supporting schedules Analyze financial results and deliver variance/flux analysis with clear insights Support audit processes , including schedules and documentation Partner with leadership to enhance internal controls and reporting processes Contribute to multi-entity reporting, consolidations, and portfolio analysis Collaborate across teams to drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 4+ years of experience in property or real estate accounting Background in commercial real estate, REITs, or investment management strongly preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and close processes Experience with variance analysis, audits, and internal controls Advanced Excel skills Familiarity with Yardi (preferred) Why This Opportunity Stands Out This is more than a typical property accounting role—you'll have the opportunity to shape processes, influence strategy, and grow alongside a high-performing organization .
