Responsibilities :
Supporting transactional velocity and accuracy in accounting functions Accurately perform periodic accounting tasks on the appropriate timelines Support QBO environment by completing bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, and all other period close activities accurately and on time Perform Daily MasterTax processing (PTS upload, generating daily payment files, etc) Perform timely & accurate remittance of all Partners PEO and client tax liabilities Research & resolve variances in support of period close and continuous improvement activities Remittance of WC liabilities and related reporting Updating and maintaining monthly work papers in accordance with closing schedule Analysis of vendor invoices for client billing Entry of both short-term (Bill Pending) and long-term (Billing Rules) client billing items Maintenance of accounting tools (SOPs, Job Aids, Forms, Notes, Training Materials)
Measures of Success :
100% accurate and timely completion of taskings Appropriate remittance of tax liabilities No impactful tax notices resulting from error No tax penalties resulting from error 100% accurate and timely billing of client items 100% accurate and timely delivery of variance analysis 100% accurate and timely correction of Prism caused variances Strong collaborative relationship with the
CSC Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field 2-3 years minimum experience in a professional accounting role Proficiency using QBO Problem solving skills and highly analytical Strong critical thinking skills Strong attention to detail, accuracy and precision in all tasks Excellent organizational and time management skills Desire to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
Work Environment :
this is a full-time, in-office position
Compensation :
$28-35/hr + benefits
