Senior Staff Accountant – Why This Opportunity Stands Out Stable, established organization with a collaborative team environment Opportunity to own full-cycle accounting responsibilities High visibility into financial statements and business operations Ideal role for someone who enjoys analyzing the P&L and understanding the "why" behind the numbers Opportunity to grow within a supportive accounting team Senior Staff Accountant – Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting responsibilities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close Analyze financial statements and investigate variances across the P&L and balance sheet Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness Assist with financial reporting and support ongoing accounting operations Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and maintain accurate financial data Support audit requests and other ad hoc accounting projects as needed Senior Staff Accountant – Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of progressive accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of financial statements and general ledger accounting Ability to analyze and work through accounting issues independently Experience with full-cycle accounting and month-end close required Strong Excel and systems skills preferred #LI-LIR #
