Staff Accountant Ledgent Finance & Accounting - 4.0 Englewood, CO Job Details Full-time | Contract $29 - $31 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description We are partnering with a growing organization in the Denver Tech Center to identify a Staff Accountant for a contract opportunity. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations and assist with month-end close in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience and contribute immediately. This position is paying between $29-$31/hour depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Assist with month-end close , including journal entries and account reconciliations Prepare and maintain general ledger activity Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed Analyze financial data and assist with variance analysis Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation Assist with audit support and documentation preparation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-4 years of accounting experience Basic understanding of GAAP principles Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables preferred) Experience with NetSuite or Oracle Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
