What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Management , or related field 1-3 years of experience (internships included) Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Willingness to relocate temporarily for on-site rotation (housing provided) A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for real estate 💰 Compensation & Perks $60,000 - $65,000 annual salary Performance-based raises (up to 5% annually) Medical insurance starting at just $45/month (Blue Cross) FREE dental & life insurance Vision coverage + additional voluntary benefits Generous PTO + more paid holidays than standard federal schedules Sabbatical program 🏡
