Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to support core accounting operations and financial analysis. This position is responsible for preparing financial reports, assisting with forecasting, monitoring key metrics, and helping drive process improvements. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports Assist with the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations Develop and maintain reporting metrics to support profitability and cash management Conduct weekly margin analysis and monitor variable costs Track and analyze key financial metrics such as profit margins and sales volumes Monitor expenses, identify inefficiencies, and propose cost-saving opportunities Maintain and track fixed assets and depreciation Maintain the Chart of Accounts and support inventory audits Assist with floorplan, warranty, and parts reporting in coordination with OEM partners Support the budgeting and forecasting process and strategic planning efforts Prepare and reconcile commission statements in accordance with company commission plans, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and alignment with finalized accounting data Own and manage cash flow forecasting responsibilities Educational and Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1- 5 years of accounting experience
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Culture Expectations / Professional Skills High Integrity . Demonstrate trust, reliability, consistency, and taking initiative in every action. Positive attitude by uplifting others and contributing positively with a humble, team over self-attitude.
