Job Description:
Robert Half is partnering with a large, global organization in the food manufacturing and consumer products industry to hire a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant for their corporate finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys technical accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, and working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role offers strong visibility across the organization, exposure to complex accounting matters, and the opportunity to contribute to strategic corporate initiatives while working alongside experienced finance and accounting leaders. Key Responsibilities Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and related footnote disclosures in accordance with
U.S. GAAP
Support IFRS reporting and foreign currency translation activities Assist with monthly close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Participate in financial consolidations across multiple business unit Prepare audit schedules and support both internal and external audit request Research and document technical accounting topics under U.S. GAAP and IFRS Partner cross-functionally with finance, treasury, audit, and operational tea Assist with special projects including acquisitions, restructurings, and other strategic initiativ Qualificatications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 1-5+ years of accounting experience Combination of public accounting and industry experience preferred; candidates with experience working in large, publicly traded corporate environments will also be considered Strong knowledge of US GAAP Financial reporting and consolidations of General ledger accounting Foreign currency translation IFRS exposure preferred CPA or CPA candidate preferred Experience working within large, high-volume corporate environments Advanced Excel skills required rSAP experience preferred Benefits Annual bonus opportunity up to 15% Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Career growth and development opportunities within a large global organizion Additional Details Full-time, onsite position Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates Occasional overtime during month-end and year-end close
