A real estate client of ours in the Denver Tech Center is seeking a Property Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in a hands-on environment, and brings strong technical accounting skills-especially aroundbank reconciliations. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations with high accuracy Manage full-cycle property accounting Prepare journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close activities Review and analyze financial statements for multiple properties Support ad-hoc projects and accounting clean-up as needed Required Qualifications 1+ years of property accounting experience (commercial or residential) If this sounds like you, please apply - we'd love to hear from you.
