What You'll Do:

Prepare and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company policies. Record journal entries and maintain organized supporting documentation for audits and internal reporting. Reconcile general ledger accounts and support a smooth and timely month-end close process. Analyze financial activity across departments and provide insights that support strategic decision-making. Prepare variance analyses and clearly communicate financial trends to leadership and business partners. Partner cross-functionally to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and strengthen internal controls. Support process improvements and system enhancements within ERP and financial reporting platforms. Help build scalable accounting processes that support continued company growth. Participate in special projects and initiatives that strengthen the overall finance and accounting function.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related job experience. 5+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting. Experience working within large ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting deadlines effectively. Excellent organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CPA certification or active CPA candidacy. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Stampli, or other financial systems.
