A real estate client of ours in Greenwood Village is seeking a Property Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in a hands‑on environment, and brings strong technical accounting skills-especially around bank reconciliations. This Property Accountant will be responsible for: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations with high accuracy Manage full‑cycle property accounting Prepare journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month‑end close activities Review and analyze financial statements for multiple properties Support ad‑hoc projects and accounting clean‑up as needed To be considered for this role you need: 2+ years of property accounting experience (commercial or residential) If this sounds like you, please apply - we'd love to hear from you.
