Job Description
Job DescriptionJob Description •Office EQ and systems training will be provided virtually. This position will be fulfilled and conducted remotely until at least Jan. 1 •
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Complete monthly closing duties including balance sheet reconciliations for AP related accounts, journal entries, variance analysis and issue investigation. Demonstrate high degree of understanding in related field of work. Strong emphasis on transactional analysis on a regular basis. Maintain working relationships with stakeholders within own department and across departments within accounting/finance to action and facilitate account cleanup/reconciliation. Point of contact for business users with routine questions regarding status, results, and variance analysis. Work closely with key stakeholders to identify processing gaps and recommend improvements. Ensure internal controls are met. Work with SOX, Internal Audit, and third-party auditors during periodic audits and requests for documentation. Challenge the status quo and think outside the box to improve current operations accounting processes. Participate in various projects as required. Other duties as required.Skills:

Ability to professionally address difficult work and personnel matters. Able to interpret data to identify cause and affect relationships and begin to identify unusual patterns in information. Strong integrity and business ethics. Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). PeopleSoft orSAP S/4 HANA
experience a plus.Qualifications:
