Job Description

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a dynamic and fast-paced accounting team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in overseeing core accounting functions, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring alignment with
U.S. GAAP
standards.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with
U.S. GAAP
Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis Support the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and accounting standards Assist with external audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and operational teams to improve processes and efficiencies Maintain documentation of accounting procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required Minimum of 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge and practical application of
U.S. GAAP
Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Details:
