NetSuite Manufacturing facility Bachelor's degree Workday Full Job Description This position will manage the day to day employee benefits ensuring timely enrollments, changes, etc. to all programs and shared responsibility for our bi-weekly payroll. Also, responsible for AP, AR, collections, etc. in a manufacturing environment. Prefer 5+ years experience in a similar role. Ability to use Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel. ADP experience is required a working knowledge of NetSuite is preferred Summary As a Benefits Coordinator/Accountant, you will oversee benefits administration within our manufacturing environment and support financial processes related to payroll, HRIS, and employee records. You will ensure accurate benefits management, compliance with employment laws, and effective communication with employees. The role combines HR expertise with accounting responsibilities, leveraging ADP and NetSuite to maintain data integrity, process payroll efficiently, and support cost controls and reporting. Your collaboration and analytical skills will help optimize employee satisfaction and organizational performance. Responsibilities Oversee benefits administration, enrollment, and data accuracy for employees, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Manage HR-related tasks including payroll coordination, leave management (FMLA), and workers' compensation processes using HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Dayforce). Maintain employee records, respond to benefits inquiries, and liaison with vendors to resolve issues and optimize benefits programs. Ensure HIPAA and employment/labor law compliance in all processes; perform data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Communicate clearly with employees and leaders, supporting orientation, negotiations, and employee relations as needed.
