Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of accountants and provide day-to-day guidance Manage full-cycle accounting, ensuring accurate and GAAP-compliant financial reporting Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions Lead monthly close process, including reconciliations and preparation of financial reports for leadership Monitor budgets, cash flow, and grant-related activity to ensure compliance Support the annual audit and maintain strong internal controls across all accounting processes
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP Hands-on approach with readiness to step into a leadership role Team-oriented mindset
