Job Description

Accounting-Finance Intern The person will primarily support Accounts Payable but also provide some support to Accounts Receivable. This will allow the individual to gain experience in both areas and better understand how each role helps support and drive the business. The internship program is flexible, and hours can be established to accommodate the student's class schedule. Job Duties Accounts Payable
  • voucher vendor invoices, in Esker (AP automation software) which will require resolving invoice discrepancies (working with customer service and external vendors when needed); review vendor statements and request missing invoices; additional support as needed. Accounts Receivable
  • Assist with monitoring AR mailbox and providing responses to customer requests & inquiries; update contact information for rejected emails to ensure all invoices are being delivered timely; additional support as needed. Overall
  • Communicate effectively with Controller regarding status of tasks, AP & AR Associates and other company personnel when resolving discrepancies.
Position Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Basic concept understanding of Accounting, Finance and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
