Senior Accounting Manager Salary:

This position offers the opportunity to drive operational improvements, support strategic growth initiatives, and play a key role in scaling the business . The ideal candidate will step in as a go-to leader , helping to strengthen processes, enhance systems, and contribute to ongoing expansion efforts, including M&A integration. Key Responsibilities Oversee core accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting Lead process improvement and system enhancement initiatives Support and help lead M&A integration efforts Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and executive leadership Ensure strong internal controls and scalable accounting processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Progressive accounting experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience improving accounting processes or systems Exposure to high-growth, private equity-backed environments or M&A activity is preferred Interest in growing into a Controller or senior leadership role The Opportunity This role offers more than traditional accounting leadership — it provides the chance to shape and build the future state of the finance function within a growing organization.
