Job Description

Hydradry, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an individual looking to expand their accounting experience while supporting a fast-paced restoration and construction company.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing Data entry and maintenance of financial records Bank and credit card reconciliations Assist with payroll and employee expense tracking Invoice generation and collections support Vendor account management Assist with monthly financial reporting Maintain organized accounting records and documentation Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
Qualifications:
0-2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience Basic understanding of accounting principles Experience with QuickBooks preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong communication skills
Compensation:
$20-$24 per hour, depending on experience Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity for growth within the company
Schedule:
Part-Time Monday-Friday Flexible hours available
