In this role, you will play a vital part in managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and supporting various accounting functions across multiple platforms. Your expertise will help drive financial integrity, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about accounting, eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare, review, and record journal entries with precision, ensuring accuracy in the general ledger and adherence to accounting standards. Conduct account reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis. Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments while maintaining detailed records. Assist with annual audits. Support financial reporting activities by preparing financial statements and assisting with budgeting and tax-related tasks. Skills Strong understanding of GAAP principles and corporate accounting practices. Excellent analytical skills for account analysis and account reconciliation tasks. Strong understanding of financial concepts including journal entries, general ledger accounting, and double-entry bookkeeping. Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams and supporting audit activities. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Qualifications / Experience Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance Healthcare environment is a plus
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
