Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAccountant LHH recruitment solutions is hiring for a staff accountant in the Bonita Springs, FL area. Our client is searching for an accountant with a strong background in general accounting, AP, and AR. This position is working fully in office. Responsibilities to include:

• Accounts Payable function to record and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner for various entities
• Work with and communicate with management regarding approval and accuracy of invoices received
• Processing and payment of payroll for various entities; vouching, check printing, check stamping and preparation of positive check files with bank.
• Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files and reconciling accounts.
• Preparation of financial statements.
• Administrative functions to include maintenance of vendor files, corporate records, ordering supplies and maintaining supply inventory. You are a great fit if:
• Accounting Degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience
• Experience in Quickbooks Desktop preferred
• Knowledge of Paychex and/or ADP payroll platforms a plus
• Good Excel skills This position is a direct hire opportunity that can pay $65-$75k annually depending on resume and experience.

Pay Details:
