Job Description

We are looking for a Property Manager to lead the team of a new construction
MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
property including the initial lease up after build and manage the day-to-day operations for a property portfolio in Margate,Florida. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, coordinating core accounting activities, and helping ensure timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with property accounting processes and is comfortable working with industry-related accounting platforms in a detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage routine accounting activity for assigned properties, including maintaining accurate ledgers and supporting month-end close tasks.
  • Review and categorize financial transactions to ensure charges, payments, and journal entries are recorded correctly.
  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and receivable activity while helping keep accounts current and well documented.
  • Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to support accurate reporting and audit readiness.
  • Assist with accrual-based reporting by recording adjustments and monitoring financial activity across reporting periods.
  • Use property management and accounting systems such as YARDI, AppFolio, AMSI, or similar platforms to maintain financial data and generate reports.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather supporting documentation and respond to questions related to property financials.
  • Contribute to compliance and audit support efforts by organizing records and validating the accuracy of accounting information.
