Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our financial team. This role is vital in managing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities Bookkeeping:
Managed full-cycle bookkeeping, reconciling accounts and processing daily payables and receivables in QuickBooks.
Tax Reports:
Prepare and file accurate tax reports to ensure strict compliance with local and federal tax regulations.
Invoice Management:
Issue outgoing invoices and accurately verify all incoming vendor receipts and purchase orders.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Requires proven experience in bookkeeping, general accounting, or a closely related financial role.
Software Proficiency:
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
