This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and collaborating across multiple entities. PositionRequirements What you'll do Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger accuracy Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Support intercompany accounting transactions and reconciliations Analyze financial data and investigate discrepancies Assist with financial reporting and supporting schedules Maintain fixed assets and depreciation records Support AP/AR functions as needed Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies Assist with audit preparation and external auditor requests Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership Identify process improvement opportunities What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations Experience with intercompany accounting preferred Construction industry experience a plus PositionNotes Thermal Concepts, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
