Staff Accountant

We are looking for a skilled Staff Accountant to join our team in Davie, Florida. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who is eager to contribute to financial management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy of financial records, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring compliance across multiple entities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Support month-end close activities and prepare financial reports.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and address discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes as required.
• Process and import financial transactions into the company's accounting system.
• Perform variance analyses and generate reports using Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or account issues.
• Prepare for audits and maintain organized financial documentation.
• Contribute to accounting operations for multiple entities.
