Staff Accountant

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in construction accounting while growing within a collaborative infrastructure company.

Responsibilities:

Assist with contract receivables and collections follow-up Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts Support accounts receivable and billing functions Assist with job costing and project cost tracking Help maintain organized accounting files and records Support the accounting team with daily administrative and accounting tasks

Qualifications:

Accounting education and/or relevant accounting experience preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well within a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Construction accounting experience and Foundation Software experience are a plus
