Responsibilities:

Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns of varying complexities Draft response letters to IRS and state notices when needed Make adjusting entries and complete trial balance in order to prepare business returns Perform accounting/bookkeeping functions when needed Provide excellent client service by producing quality work, quick turnaround and attentive service Create a quality work product by following the firm's processes and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' public accounting experience with an emphasis on tax. CPA Must possess outstanding social skills & work ethic Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles Accuracy and attention to detail BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant Benefits offered include medical health insurance, three weeks of paid time off, and unlimited growth within the firm. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7AM- 6PM. Varies during tax season.
