Miramar, FL Recruiter:
Ascendo Resources Ascendo Resources is hiring an experienced International Accountant for a full-time, onsite role in Miramar, Florida. This position supports global financial operations, ensures compliance with firm standards, and contributes to tax, FP&A, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Oversee accounting workflows and month-end close process. Manage reconciliations between Aderant and statutory systems; support development of local teams. Assist with tax documentation and transfer pricing compliance. Support FP&A with data gathering and performance analysis. Identify and resolve accounting issues; recommend process and policy improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in legal or service industries. Experience with multinational operations and ERP systems (Aderant, SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with AP workflows, FX, and tax implications. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technology Skills:
Proficiency in Aderant Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
