Job description: Senior Investments Accountant This position will support the Controller and is ultimately responsible for ensuring financial statements are properly stated, including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flow as well as reconciling underlying subledgers. Thepositionwill assistwith the preparationof monthly financialreportsto owners,partners, andlenders. Executemonthly accountingprocessesforthe Company's financial statementincludesentering journal entries and creating supporting schedules Prepareandreviewallinvestmentsections infinancialstatementsforaccuracy Trackallprojectsonthe booksfrompursuit untilcapitalizationwhileutilizingconstruction software to tie out to actual pre-development costs Maintainbookcapitalaccounts forallpropertiesandbookincomeallocationeachquarter Participatesinallcallsandmeetings relatedtoproperty closingsandcapital callswithother departments WorkswiththeControllertoprepareallrelevantinformationformonthlyandquarterly distributions to investors AssistsAsset Managerswithcapital contributions,ensuringthatadetailed scheduleis maintained Initiatesallcapital callwiretransfers andbooksalljournalentries MaintainsandauditsallOwnerLedgersinYardi;reviews monthlyforaccuracy WorkswiththeControllertobookallacquisitionsanddispositions Assistswithannual auditsforallpropertiesandismainpointofcontactwithauditors Reconcilescreditcardandemployeeexpense reportmonthlyandbillsbackproperties,if applicable

Qualifications:
