Staff Accountant We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our clients growing team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and helping improve day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other financial records. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed. Help prepare financial reports, schedules, and audit support documentation. Identify discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1+ years of accounting experience preferred. Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively across teams. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a salary range of $55,000-$75,000 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
