Job Description
Amazing career opportunity with a well-established organization in Jacksonville. We are looking for experience with account reconciliations and bank reconciliations as well as a yearning to continue to learn and grow professionally. Additional experience in Non-Profit, fund accounting, & fixed assets is a plus. This is an onsite, office based role with WFH opportunity 2 days per month along with a robust PTO & benefits offering. BachelorsResponsibilities Prepare & post journal entries, prepaids and accruals. Account reconciliation, variance analysis, research discrepencies. Assists with the coordination and preparation of the budget process cycle. Prepare balance sheets, statements of activities, cash flow statements, and other reports. Fixed assets & depreciation schedules. Assist with annual audits. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Misc. other accounting related duties & tasks as needed.
