We are looking for experience with account reconciliations and bank reconciliations as well as a yearning to continue to learn and grow professionally. Additional experience in Non-Profit, fund accounting, & fixed assets is a plus. This is an onsite, office based role with WFH opportunity 2 days per month along with a robust PTO & benefits offering. $60,000•$70,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM•5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Prepare & post journal entries, prepaids and accruals. Account reconciliation, variance analysis, research discrepencies. Assists with the coordination and preparation of the budget process cycle. Prepare balance sheets, statements of activities, cash flow statements, and other reports. Fixed assets & depreciation schedules. Assist with annual audits. Maintains financial security by following internal controls. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements. Misc. other accounting related duties & tasks as needed. Skills Account Reconciliation (2 years of experience is required) Bank Reconciliations (2 years of experience is required) Fixed Assets (2 years of experience is preferred) Depreciation (2 years of experience is preferred) Accruals (2 years of experience is required) Prepaids (2 years of experience is preferred) Month-End Close (2 years of experience is required) Journal Entries (2 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
